I used Ultimate Portion Fix along with some of the 2B Principles for my transformation, I love them both and they yield guaranteed results.

SO IMPORTANT- make sure to take pictures and measurements in the next week! Guys, I get it, before pictures are no fun, but it’s so nice to have another tool besides the scale. and that is why the pictures and the measurements are so important! You’re going to want to track your progress with pictures and measurements. Trust me, do not skip this step. Imagine if the women above didn’t take before pictures and could never really measure how far they’ve come. You don’t have to share (although you’re welcome to), these pictures are for you to have later. It’s such a good tool and you’ll be amazed at what can happen with dialed in nutrition and these amazing workouts!
