Welcome!

Ahhh, I am so so excited! I know that starting a new program creates excitement, apprehension, or both, but I can assure you that all of that is normal and that you’re in good hands. We are in this together- I'm here to help you every step of the way! This group is designed to get you results, but of course, you have to be consistent on your nutrition plan (don’t worry it’s flexible) and ready to give your workouts your all, if you want to see results!


ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP

First things first, The Better Together Crew, aka our accountability group, is hosted in Facebook in this PRIVATE community.  This community is everything, make sure to lean in, this is where the magic happens. This group will be our home base where we hold each other accountable to fitness, nutrition, and accountability.  In this group, we support each other through the struggle and celebrate each other’s successes. There is absolutely no coincidence that the people who are engaging and posting in the group are the people that are getting results, so if you're ready to get results and go ALL IN, it starts with being an active participant. Also, if you go to the pinned post at the top of the group you will see a “Welcome to the Crew” post.  Go ahead and Introduce yourself there!


THE WORKOUTS

Go to the Beachbody on Demand website, or download the BOD app on your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Roku or Firestick and start taking a look around at all the amazing resources.


NUTRITION

As a part of your package, you will receive two fully comprehensive nutrition programs to choose from: one more structured and one more intuitive. Take a look at the breakdown in the link and watch the introductions to each program and make the choice that is right for you and GO ALL IN! You will see in the Nutrition Tab in BOD all the videos that tell you everything you need to know about Ultimate Portion Fix and 2B Mindset.  Make sure you learn about your chosen nutrition program as soon as possible. We all know that this is a HUGE part of the results that you will get with this program. That is your main job this week, WATCH ALL THE VIDEOS of the program that you choose and make sure you fully understand and are committed to the nutrition program that you are following.  This is a total personal preference, I want you to do what works for you and what you will stick with!

Also, check out the weekly meal plans, grocery lists and recipes that are posted weekly in the group, they are super helpful.
